  • To appease to the clients needs, we decided to custom develop a dashboard for managers (admin) and agents (users).
  • Managers have the ability to approve and decline users.
  • Agents cna view important information such as leaderboards, contact information, and access to purchase branded merchandise.

  • Managers can create training courses includes, lessons, quizzes, training materials and more. 
  • Users can manage their progress and see which courses/lessons they’ve completed and which still remain to be started. 
  • Managers have access to detailed analytics about their agent’s course completion and quiz results. They can even manage agent certificates of completion.
